Ideal Weight Management

Awareness of Healthy Living

We open doors to a healthy life with our training sessions following a preliminary health screening.

Ideal Weight Management

1. Measurement and Assessment

This program is implemented by nurses in workplaces. As part of the program, the following values are measured to assess the health status of participants and raise awareness on the subject.

We measure;

  • BMI – Body Mass Index
  • Height / Weight
  • Blood Pressure / Heart Rate
  • Waist Circumference
  • Cholesterol (HDL, LDL, Triglyceride)
  • Glucose (Blood Sugar) Level
  • Fat / Muscle Ratio

2. Training for Raising Awareness of Healthy Living

Following the measurement and assessment component, participants can elect to join awareness training sessions held by dietitians, trainers and psychologists. Participants should attend sessions regularly for the program to be successful. It takes three months (one hour per week) to complete 12 sessions.

Some of the sessions on nutrition, training and habits are as follows:

Sports and Exercise for Health
Healthy Nutrition
Behavioral Development

3. Monitoring & Support (3 months))

Once the training sessions have concluded, participants are provided with reminders of their choice for three months via phone, email, text, and so on. With the help of monitoring and these reminders, positive changes in participants’ lifestyles are protected by increasing the efficiency of the training. Furthermore, participants can contact our experts to ask their questions any time they wish.

Measurement (Before – After)

Six months later (Training Program + Monitoring & Support), aforementioned values are remeasured. The results are compared against the old ones.

4. Reporting

In line with the confidentiality principle, results are compared, analyzed and reported in detail (excluding personal details).
